VIZAGO – TERMS OF SERVICE

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Vizago’s website, platform, and services. By using Vizago services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.


1. GENERAL

1.1 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and Vizago, a visa and travel assistance provider based in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, India.

1.2 These Terms comply with applicable Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000.

1.3 This is an electronic agreement and does not require physical signature.


2. DEFINITIONS

  • “Vizago” / “Company” / “We”: Vizago
  • “User” / “You”: Any person using services
  • “Services”: Visa assistance, documentation, travel support, insurance facilitation, and related services
  • “Third Parties”: Embassies, consulates, airlines, insurers, vendors

3. ELIGIBILITY

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Be legally capable of entering a contract

4. SCOPE OF SERVICES

Vizago provides:

  • Visa assistance (eVisa & sticker visas)
  • Documentation guidance
  • Application support
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Travel itinerary support
  • Travel insurance facilitation

Vizago acts strictly as a facilitator/consultant.


5. VISA DISCLAIMER

  • Vizago is not a visa-issuing authority
  • All decisions are made by embassies/immigration authorities
  • Vizago does not guarantee:
    • Visa approval
    • Processing timelines
    • Interview outcomes

The User is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate documents
  • Attending interviews
  • Following immigration rules

6. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Submit genuine documents
  • Cooperate during the process

Failure may result in:

  • Application rejection
  • Service termination

7. PAYMENTS & FEES

  • Service fees apply for assistance
  • Government/embassy fees are separate
  • Government & third-party fees are non-refundable

Service fees:

  • Non-refundable once processing begins
  • May be refundable only before processing (case-specific)

8. PROCESSING TIMELINES

All timelines are indicative only and depend on embassy/authority processing.
Vizago is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Embassies
  • Public holidays
  • Additional document requests
  • Background checks

9. KYC & DOCUMENT VERIFICATION

Users may be required to submit identity and travel documents.

Vizago reserves the right to:

  • Verify documents
  • Reject incomplete or suspicious applications
  • Comply with legal/regulatory requirements

10. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

  • Provide false information
  • Misuse the platform
  • Engage in unlawful activity

Violation may result in:

  • Immediate termination
  • Legal action

11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Vizago may facilitate services via third parties.

Vizago is not responsible for:

  • Third-party delays
  • Service quality
  • Failures

12. DATA & PRIVACY

By using our services, you consent to:

  • Collection and processing of your data
  • Sharing with embassies, partners, and authorities

13. FORCE MAJEURE

Vizago shall not be liable for delays or failures due to events beyond control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government actions
  • Pandemics
  • Technical failures

14. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Services are provided “as-is”.
Vizago does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.


15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Vizago shall not be liable for:

  • Visa rejection or delay
  • Financial or travel losses
  • Third-party failures

Maximum liability is limited to:

16. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify Vizago against claims arising from:

  • False information
  • Misuse of services
  • Violation of Terms

17. TERMINATION

Vizago may suspend or terminate services in case of violation.


18. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

Indian law applies.
Jurisdiction: Courts of Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh.


19. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration under Indian law.
