• Validity: 6 months+ from return date.
• Blank Pages: Minimum 2 empty pages.

For The Photo

• Face Size: 25mm–35mm (Chin to crown).
• Size:35mm x 45mm (Recent color).
• Background: Plain white; matte finish.
• Quality: High-res only; no scans or blur.

• Bank statements for the last 6 months, signed and stamped by a bank within 7 days from appointment date.
• If the trip is sponsored, provide the sponsor’s bank statements instead.
• ITRs for the last 2-3 years. For self or of Sponsor.
• 2.5 to 3 Lakhs per traveler including Minor must be in savings accounts.

Provide one of following:

• Confirmed or Hold hotel voucher. (It's Included in our pricing for European destination.)
• If staying with friends/relatives:
• Invitation letter from the host.
• Colored scans of the host’s ID proof, passport, or residence card.
• Host’s financial documents.

• Round Trip: Confirmed or holding flight reservation.
• European Destination: Its inclusive in our service offer.
• Rest Of World: We offer confirmed or Hold PNR flight bookings for Visa purpose.

• Visa Mandatory: Min. €30,000 / $50,000 / INR 32,00,000 coverage.
• Medical Safety: Covers high-cost hospital bills & emergencies.
• Trip Security: Protection against flight delays & lost baggage.
• Must-Have: Essential even for E-visa/Arrival-only countries.

1. Salaried (Office NOC)

• From: On Company Letterhead covering Name, Passport Number, Salary, Tenure, Approved Leave Dates and stamp of the signing authority.

2. Self-Employed (Business)

• Personal declaration on Business Letterhead covering nature of business, travel dates, & return intent.

3. Students & Minors

• School/College to travel during term/break including ID Card.
• Minors: Notarized NOC signed by both parents.
