Refund & Cancellation Policy

IMPORTANT NOTICE

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services offered by Vizago, including:

  • Visa assistance (eVisa & sticker visa)
  • Documentation services
  • Consultation services
  • Travel-related services

By using Vizago services, you agree to this Policy.


1. GENERAL POLICY

1.1 Vizago acts as a service provider and facilitator for visa applications.

1.2 Visa processing involves embassies, government authorities, and third-party service providers. Accordingly, certain fees are non-refundable by nature.


2. VISA SERVICE FEES

2.1 Vizago service fees are:

  • Charged for consultation, documentation, and application handling
  • Non-refundable once processing has commenced

2.2 Government / Embassy fees:

  • Are separate from Vizago fees
  • Are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances

3. NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

No refund shall be provided in the following cases:

  • Visa rejection or refusal by embassy/consulate
  • Delay in visa processing by authorities
  • Change in travel plans by the applicant
  • Submission of incomplete or incorrect documents
  • Failure to attend interviews/biometrics
  • Submission of fraudulent or misleading information
  • Withdrawal of application after submission
  • Changes in visa rules, policies, or embassy requirements

4. LIMITED REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Refunds (if any) may be considered only under the following conditions:

4.1 Before Processing Begins

  • Application has not been initiated
  • Refund request is made within 24–48 hours of payment

4.2 Duplicate Payment

  • Accidental multiple payments for the same service

4.3 Service Not Delivered

  • Vizago is unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal reasons

5. PARTIAL REFUNDS

In certain cases, Vizago may issue a partial refund, after deducting:

  • Consultation charges
  • Documentation processing fees
  • Administrative costs

6. SERVICE NATURE DISCLAIMER

Visa services are:

  • Time-based
  • Effort-driven
  • Digitally delivered

Once processing has begun, resources are allocated immediately, and refunds may not be possible.


7. USER RESPONSIBILITY

Before applying, you must:

  • Check visa eligibility and requirements
  • Ensure document accuracy and completeness

Vizago shall not be responsible for:

  • User errors or omissions
  • Eligibility issues
  • Document discrepancies

8. REFUND PROCESS

8.1 Approved refunds (if applicable) will be:

  • Processed within 5–7 working days
  • Credited to the original payment method

8.2 To request a refund, users must email:

9. CANCELLATION POLICY

9.1 Cancellation requests may be made:

  • Only before processing or submission begins

9.2 Once:

  • Processing has started, OR
  • Application has been submitted

👉 Cancellation will not be permitted


10. DISCRETION & EXCEPTIONS

Vizago reserves the right to:

  • Approve or reject refund requests
  • Determine refund eligibility and amount
  • Review cases on a case-by-case basis
