VIZAGO – TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Vizago’s website, mobile application, and services. By accessing or using Vizago services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use our services.


1. GENERAL

1.1 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and Vizago, a visa and travel assistance service provider based in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, India.

1.2 These Terms are in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules.

1.3 This is an electronic agreement and does not require physical signature.


2. DEFINITIONS

  • “Company” / “Vizago” / “We” / “Us”: Vizago

  • “User” / “You”: Any person using Vizago services

  • “Services”: Visa assistance, documentation, travel support, insurance, bookings, and related services

  • “Third Parties”: Embassies, consulates, airlines, insurers, service providers


3. ELIGIBILITY

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Be legally capable of entering into a contract under Indian law


4. SCOPE OF SERVICES

4.1 Vizago provides visa assistance and travel support services, including:

  • eVisa & sticker visa assistance

  • Documentation guidance

  • Application form filling

  • Appointment booking

  • Travel itinerary planning

  • Travel insurance assistance

4.2 Vizago acts only as a facilitator/consultant.


5. VISA APPLICATION DISCLAIMER

5.1 Vizago is not a visa-issuing authority.

5.2 All visa decisions are made solely by:

  • Embassies

  • Consulates

  • Immigration authorities

5.3 Vizago does not guarantee:

  • Visa approval

  • Processing time

  • Interview results

5.4 The User is solely responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and genuine documents

  • Attending embassy interviews (if required)

  • Following immigration rules

5.5 Vizago is not liable for:

  • Visa rejection

  • Visa delays

  • Additional document requests

  • Losses due to pre-booked travel


6. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

  • Provide true, accurate, and complete information

  • Submit valid and genuine documents

  • Cooperate during the visa process

Failure may result in:

  • Rejection of application

  • Service termination


7. PAYMENTS & FEES

7.1 Vizago may charge:

  • Service fees

  • Consultation charges

  • Processing fees

7.2 All fees are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise.

7.3 Embassy/consulate fees are:

  • Separate

  • Non-refundable


8. DOCUMENT VERIFICATION (KYC)

You may be required to submit:

  • Passport

  • PAN Card

  • Travel details

  • Additional KYC documents

Vizago reserves the right to:

  • Verify documents

  • Reject incomplete or suspicious applications


9. USER CONDUCT

You agree NOT to:

  • Provide false or misleading information

  • Upload illegal or harmful content

  • Attempt hacking or misuse of the platform

  • Use services for unlawful purposes

Violation may result in:

  • Immediate termination

  • Legal action


10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Vizago may connect you with:

  • Airlines

  • Hotels

  • Insurance providers

  • Visa authorities

Vizago is not responsible for:

  • Third-party failures

  • Delays

  • Service quality


11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content including:

  • Logo

  • Website design

  • Text and graphics

are owned by Vizago and cannot be used without permission.


12. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Services are provided on an “as-is” basis.

Vizago does not guarantee:

  • Accuracy of third-party information

  • Uninterrupted service

  • Error-free operation


13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Vizago shall not be liable for:

  • Visa rejection or delay

  • Financial losses

  • Travel disruptions

  • Third-party failures

Maximum liability is limited to:

14. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify Vizago against:

  • Claims

  • Losses

  • Damages

arising from misuse or violation of Terms.


15. TERMINATION

Vizago may:

  • Suspend or terminate services

  • Block access

without prior notice in case of violation.


16. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by Indian law.

17. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

All disputes shall be resolved through:

  • Arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996
