Vizago is a digital visa assistance service provider. We do not sell or ship any physical goods.

Nature of Service All services offered by Vizago are digital in nature. Upon purchase, our team will contact you via email or WhatsApp to begin the visa assistance process. No physical documents, cards, or products will be shipped to you.

Service Delivery

  • Services are delivered digitally via email and/or WhatsApp
  • Our team will initiate contact within 1 business day of purchase
  • Processing begins on the next working day after all required documents are received from the applicant
  • Business days: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)

Turnaround Time Processing times vary by destination and visa type. Estimated timelines are mentioned on each product page. These are indicative and subject to embassy/consulate processing schedules.

No Physical Shipment As this is a service-based business, there are no shipping charges, tracking numbers, or delivery timelines applicable. The concept of physical shipping does not apply to our services.
