IMPORTANT NOTICE

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services offered by Vizago, including:

  • Visa assistance (eVisa & sticker visa)

  • Documentation services

  • Consultation services

  • Travel-related services

By using Vizago services, you agree to this policy.


1. GENERAL POLICY

1.1 Vizago operates as a service provider and facilitator for visa applications.

1.2 Due to the nature of visa processing (involving embassies, third parties, and government authorities), most fees are non-refundable.


2. VISA SERVICE FEES

2.1 Vizago service fees are:

  • Non-refundable once processing has started

  • Charged for consultation, documentation, and application handling

2.2 Embassy/consulate fees:

  • Are separate from Vizago fees

  • Are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances


3. NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

No refund will be provided in the following cases:

  • Visa rejection by embassy/consulate

  • Delay in visa processing

  • Change in travel plans by the user

  • Incomplete or incorrect documents submitted by user

  • Failure to attend interview/biometrics

  • Submission of fraudulent or misleading information

  • Application withdrawal after submission

  • Change in visa rules or embassy requirements


4. LIMITED REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Refunds (if any) may be considered only in the following cases:

4.1 Non-Processing of Application

  • If Vizago has not started processing the application

  • Request must be made within 24–48 hours of payment


4.2 Duplicate Payment

  • If the user has made duplicate payment by mistake


4.3 Service Not Delivered

  • If Vizago fails to provide the agreed service due to internal reasons


5. PARTIAL REFUNDS

In some cases, Vizago may provide a partial refund after deducting:

  • Consultation charges

  • Documentation processing fees

  • Administrative costs


6. DIGITAL & SERVICE NATURE DISCLAIMER

Since visa services are:

  • Time-based

  • Effort-based

  • Digitally delivered

Once work has started, refunds are generally not possible.


7. USER RESPONSIBILITY

Before applying, the user must:

  • Check visa requirements carefully

  • Ensure eligibility

  • Verify documents

Vizago is not responsible for:

  • User mistakes

  • Eligibility issues

  • Document errors


8. REFUND PROCESS

8.1 Approved refunds (if applicable) will be:

  • Processed within 5–7 working days

  • Credited to the original payment method

8.2 Users must email refund requests to:

9. CANCELLATION POLICY
