Vizago provides digital visa assistance and documentation support services. Since all our services are delivered electronically, there is no physical shipping involved.

1. SERVICE DELIVERY METHOD

All Vizago services are delivered digitally through:

No physical product or document is shipped to your address.

2. SERVICE INITIATION TIMELINE

After successful payment, our team will contact you within 24–48 hours via email or WhatsApp to begin processing your application.

3. PROCESSING TIMELINES

Processing timelines vary by destination and visa type:

  • Standard Processing: 3–5 working days (Monday–Friday)

  • Express Processing: As specified on the individual product page

  • Timelines are approximate and may vary based on embassy/immigration authority processing times

  • Applications submitted on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day

4. WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE

Depending on the service purchased, you will receive:

5. GOVERNMENT VISA FEES

Government/embassy visa fees are separate from Vizago service fees and are set by the respective immigration authorities. These are non-refundable and subject to change without notice.

Vizago is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Embassy or immigration authority processing backlogs
